How do I place an order?
Browse the collection, choose your piece, and check out securely with credit card, Apple Pay or PayPal. You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes.
Are your pieces one-of-a-kind?
Yes, most of our talismans are one-of-one. Once a piece finds its keeper, it's gone for good. Some smaller batch pieces are made in editions of 3–5.
Can I hold a piece while I decide?
We can hold a piece for 24 hours with a deposit. Reach out to amara@studioosiris.co with the piece you have in mind.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every piece comes wrapped in our signature linen pouch with a handwritten card and a sprig of dried botanical, at no additional cost.
Where do you ship from?
All pieces ship from our studio in Hawaiʻi. We use tracked shipping with USPS for domestic and DHL for international.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic US orders arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders typically take 7-14 business days. We'll send tracking the moment your order leaves the studio.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Is shipping free?
Free domestic shipping on all orders over $200. International shipping calculated at checkout based on destination.
How do I care for my piece?
Wear with intention. All of our pieces have stones that hold energy, so feel free to cleanse using sage or your method of choice. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals. Rinse with clean water if exposed to salt.
Can I wear my necklace in the ocean?
I certainly do, but that doesn't mean you should. All pieces are made to last, but wearing them in the ocean comes with the risk of them tarnishing or breaking.
Do you take custom orders?
We do, for select pieces. Custom commissions start at $300 and take 4–6 weeks. Reach out to amara@studioosiris.co with your inspiration.
Can I incorporate my own stones?
Yes, we love working with heirloom or sentimental stones. Send us photos and we'll let you know if they're suitable for re-setting.
How long does a custom piece take?
Typically 4–6 weeks from sketch approval to delivery. Rush orders may be available, please ask.
What is your return policy?
Unworn batch pieces can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. One-of-one and custom pieces are final sale.
My piece arrived damaged: what do I do?
We're so sorry. Email us at amara@studioosiris.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll repair or replace it at no cost.
Can I exchange a piece?
Yes, for unworn batch pieces, within 14 days. Exchanges depend on availability since most pieces are one-of-one.
